OrthoPets is the only Animal Orthotic and Prosthetic Clinic that is open full time daily, Monday-Friday 9am to 5:00 pm in Denver, CO.

OrthoPets was founded by Amy & Martin Kaufmann in 2003 by integrating their combined experience in the fields of Human Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Adaptive Technology with Adult Distance Education into the animal healthcare industry.

OrthoPets is solely dedicated to our 4 legged friends! This allows our staff to focus on the needs and solutions our patients require to enjoy their quality of life.

OrthoPets has Board Certified ABC Practitioners that see patients at our Denver clinic. OrthoPets representatives are available for consultations with out of state and out of country clients via phone or video conferencing. OrthoPets custom made devices are: Stifle (ACL Knee), Carpus (wrist), Hock (ankle), and Elbow Braces. We also offer custom made prosthetics.

Martin Kaufmann, Owner & founder, lectures at many major universities, consults with hundreds of Veterinarians, has published works in the "North American Rehabilitation Guide", and continues to advance the new profession of Animal Orthotics & Prosthetics.

Amy Kaufmann, Co-Owner & founder has a Master level education in Adult Education and Distance Learning. This skill enables OrthoPets to provide our Referring Veterinarians and patient owners the information they need, when they need it, in a clear and effective manner.

OrthoPets has established partnerships and qualified distribution centers across the United States and in England and Australia. We work with Major Universities and Industry leading Veterinary Clinics from around the world! We have trained OrthoPets' Technicians in many major cities across the United States!
