Return Policy

OrthoPets stands behind all of the products that we offer.  OrthoPets specializes in the production of Custom Fabricated Devices that are made from a mold of your animal’s limb.  As such, the device will only fit the specific limb of your animal and no other animal.  Due to this fact, OrthoPets has a limited return policy on the return of Custom products.  OrthoPets can accept the return of a Custom Device if the device presents a critical fit problem due to an OrthoPets recommended design of the device.

Items that do not meet our return guidelines will receive either a partial or no refund:

• No refund will be granted if OrthoPets fabricated a device from the specifications of:
• The Pet Owner
• Vet or Other Animal Healthcare Provider
• Any project canceled within 5 business days from the date OrthoPets received the mold is subject to the following:
• OrthoPets will retain the Down payment (Down Payment is 50% of the cost of the device which is non-refundable).  The customer will not be obligated to pay the remaining balance.
• OrthoPets will retain the mold as property of OrthoPets along with any personally identifiable information given to OrthoPets by the customer. 
• No refund will be granted for any Custom Molded Orthotic or Prosthetic Device that does not fit properly due to an inadequate mold supplied to OrthoPets.
