Veterinarians are able to prescribe a custom device by using the Patient Referral Form and Checklist Form.
Veterinarians are able to assist in the cast-molding and delivery of the custom device.
There are several important discussions regarding short & long-term goals, considerations, indications, and contra-indications that need to be communicated so that we can fabricate the most appropriate custom device for our patients needs.
