TERMS and CONDITIONS for OrthoPets Off-the-Shelf Products:

  1. I understand orders placed after 3pm Mountain Time will ship the following business day. It can take up to 1 business day to process your order.
  2. I understand that OrthoPets off–the-shelf products are medical devices and should be used only under the direction of a veterinarian.
  3. I understand an initial break-in period is advised (ie. 10 minutes 4-6 times per day for 2 weeks.) Devices should not be left on overnight and is suggested to be used for no more than 4 continuous hours without a break. Although uncommonly encountered when following a proper wearing schedule, I understand it is recommended to monitor digits for swelling.
  4. I understand the OrthoPets off-the-shelf items are non-refundable.
  5. I understand there is no warranty expressed or implied on OrthoPets off-the-shelf products.
  6. I understand there are no adjustments included with the purchase of OrthoPets off-the-shelf products.
  7. If an OrthoPets off-the-shelf product is defective from a manufacturing error, OrthoPets will replace the product at no cost to the customer. OrthoPets will determine defect causes.
  8. In a circumstance where a customer has measured incorrect and the customer would like to exchange the product for another size, it will be the customer’s financial responsibility to send the product back to OrthoPets. Shipping of the exchanged product will also be the customer’s responsibility. This must be done within 15 days from time of purchase. The un-used (no visible wear) product must still be in the original package.
