Holli obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of West Florida. She obtained her Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Northwestern University in 2019. She then completed both of her (human) orthotic and prosthetic residencies in Pensacola, FL. She passed the American Board of Certification exams for both orthotics and prosthetics, earning her the title of Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) and is licensed in the state of Iowa as a Licensed Prosthetist Orthotist (LPO).

Holli is a veteran of the United States Army and served in Iraq as a medic in 2009 and 2010. This inspired her to pursue a career in healthcare to work with amputees. Her love for animals brought her to the field of veterinary prosthetics and orthotics where she can use her skills and knowledge of biomechanics to help animals with limited mobility.
